Empowered Women of Tondo
When the site started looking for group work facilitators among the parents, Nanay Luisa and Nanay Dolydey were the first ones who signed up. Hesitation came first but after they were given their first training, it changed the way they look at themselves. Now, these empowered women are showing off their facilitating skills and creativity to other groups as they share what they have learned on the site. As we continue to provide programs for our beneficiaries, we are looking forward that a lot of parents and even children would be encouraged to step out their comfort zones.
